Overview
This policy covers the KE Marketing API App, a private internal tool operated by Kingdom Equestrian Limited for managing advertising campaigns, product catalogues, and audience data through the Meta Marketing API. It is not a public-facing application and does not collect data from third-party users.
Data We Access
Through the Meta Marketing API, this app accesses ad account performance data (impressions, clicks, spend, conversions), custom audience definitions, product catalogue data synced from our Shopify store, and Meta Pixel event data from kingdomequestrian.com. All data accessed belongs to Kingdom Equestrian's own business assets.
How We Use Data
Data is used exclusively to create, manage, and optimise advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram for Kingdom Equestrian. This includes building retargeting audiences from website visitor data, running dynamic product ads from our product catalogue, and analysing campaign performance to improve return on ad spend.
Data Storage and Security
API access tokens are stored securely and are not shared with third parties. Performance data may be stored in internal reports for business analysis. We do not sell, rent, or share any data accessed through this app with external parties.
Data Retention
We retain campaign performance data for as long as it is useful for business analysis. Audience data is managed within Meta's platform and subject to Meta's own retention policies.
