Delivery Timescales
We ship worldwide!
Below is a table of guidelines for delivery once your order has been processed and shipped. Order processing times vary by product. There is a guideline date provided on each product.

* These delivery times are not from time of ordering, they are from when your order is shipped (ie after the processing time - more info on that below!).
Order Processing Times
If your product page displayed that your item would be shipped from the USA - please click here to refer to our information page for USA Fulfilment Delivery.
Please note our warehouse is closed over the weekend and we only ship out orders Monday to Friday. Your order will be processed, picked, packed and labelled over the weekend but actual shipment will only take place on Business Days.
If you wish to expedite your order to receive it faster, email us to enquire about extra charges for faster shipping.
Most popular and seasonal items are in stock and available in our warehouse, ready to ship on the same or next working day.
We do offer a wide range of products that are classed as "Special Order". Such items have a label within the product page to make you aware of this.
When you place your order for these "Special Order" lines, we'll order from our supplier or place an order with an external European warehouse. This usually results in an additional processing time of 10-14 days, dependent on the product. Once the product arrives with us, it'll be re-packaged and processed for shipment as quickly as possible.
👉 Why do you do this?
We want to offer our customers a wide selection - we make all our most popular lines ready for immediate Same Day shipment but others, rather than not offering you the opportunity to buy, we place them on a special order with our suppliers.
Please Note! Any orders made including these "Special Order" lines will be held until the order is complete and ready to ship. We cannot ship in parts - should you wish to receive "Immediate Ship" lines quicker, you must place separate orders for these.
International Shipping
As much as possible we ship anywhere in the world and at a shipping cost that presents good value. Unfortunately there are some remote locations worldwide that our couriers charge us surcharges to deliver to. Where possible, we will always try and deliver to these areas at no extra cost to yourself. However, if the cost of the shipping is what we would deem excessive* we may ask you to contribute to the cost or offer you a full refund on your order.
Shipping heavy and bulky items internationally to areas outside of the European Union usually incurs large shipping charges that we would be unable to cover in our free shipping policy. If we deem the shipping charges to be excessive* we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss further
We have a vast experience of shipping parcels internationally and work closely with our couriers to ensure that items are delivered to you in the perfect condition that we send them. Shipping certain items such as powders, supplements, liquids and foodstuffs internationally can often present problems with customs and border control in the delivery country. We will usually communicate with you about our concerns and either give you the option to cancel your order or notify you of the risks and allow you to make a decision if you wish to proceed**
Tracking
If you provide us with an email address on your order, you will be kept up to date with its whereabouts via your email address.
We offer two levels of tracking - an internal one so you can see the package's progress through our facility and an external tracking number that couriers will provide to us.
When you place an order with us, you should receive a link to your internal Control Port tracking. This will help you see where your order is in the processing stages.
Once shipped, you'll also receive a tracking number from the courier which your parcel was sent with so you can follow it right to your door.

Customs & Import Duties
Most of our customers at Kingdom Equestrian are in the US. Right now, there's a lot of changes going on with tariffs, import duties and fees that are being imposed by the US government. As a business, we made the decision in 2025 to begin to completely cover all duties and tariffs that will apply to your package. We usually ship packages via Royal Mail or FedEx/DHL, which allow us to fully cover the costs of all duties (ie deliver Duties Paid or DDP) and we pay fees directly to our courier companies to ensure smooth passage through customs.
Unfortunately there has been a lot of changes to charges, fees and tariffs, some of which have been made with quite short notice by the US government. This means that our free shipping threshold, and overall shipping costs, as well as our product pricing, may go up and down – both with the currency conversion, and also to allow for extra fees we are incurring.
In the very rare occasion that somehow all the costs of the duties haven't been covered, or if there are extra charges incurred, it's entirely up to you (as the receiver) to cover these costs. We are yet to encounter this situation but as these charges differ from country to country we are unable to directly advise you on what these might be. If you are concerned or have been affected before, we recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering so you're not surprised by any unexpected delivery charges. Overall, almost all packages we have sent have shipped with no extra costs and from our end, we will declare all information needed to make shipping as smooth as possible.
In the unlikely event that you wish to refuse your delivery, you may still be held responsible for the original customs fees or import duties and the cost of returning the package to Kingdom Equestrian. We regret that we can only refund you the value of your order minus any fees we are charged upon return for your item. If a delivery is refused by you then, unfortunately, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage incurred by your order during transit back to us.
Shipping Charges & Costs
Across all areas, we aim to keep our shipping costs as low as possible. In a world where there are lots of hidden charges, especially for international shipments, we always try to absorb these costs as a business where we can.
Despite trying to keep costs down, we also balance a premium, quality service, with the cost. Therefore, we usually always try and ship with a courier where possible, to ensure we're all covered by insurance for loss and damages.
If you have any particular preference to the service you would like us to ship your order with, please reach out to us immediately after placing your order. Otherwise, we will choose the option that balances both cost and service.
In almost all cases, you will not receive much communication from us post ordering, about shipping. However, if we find that the cost to ship your item is excessive*, we will reach out to you either to offer you to pay a small extra fee to ship the item, or to cancel your order. These circumstances only tend to arise if your order is very large, and/or you live in a very remote area, internationally.

* The term 'excessive' is used here as we monitor this on a case by case basis but we usually will contact you if the shipping quote we receive from the courier is larger than 35% of the total order value.
** In such cases, we will discuss the risks involved by attempting to ship the item prior to shipping it. We will then usually offer you the choice if you wish to proceed or cancel. We reserve the right to refuse a refund of the product if it is destroyed by customs after this discussion has taken place.
