Care Instructions

Soft gel pads can be handwashed in a bucket with mild detergent, or machine washed in a wash bag at 30°C. Do not use harsh detergents, tumble dry, or expose to direct heat.

Acavallo dressage shape memory foam flat pad with shaped withers and 3D spacer spine covered in suede with internal silicone grip. It combines the shock-absorbing properties of memory foam with a tapered shape that ensures deep contact of the pad to the horse's back.
Furthermore, the 3D spacer spine increases breathability and adapts to any horse conformation, allowing greater freedom of movement of the shoulders and less spinal pressure.
The anatomical cut of the pad and the technical features of the memory foam allow the item to adapt and shape itself deeply to the horse's silhouette, also allowing surface pressure to be distributed over a large area.
Added to these characteristics is the ability to dampen vibrations and regulate the horse's body temperature.

Memory Foam Technology

High-density memory foam that moulds to the shape of your horse's back and the underside of your saddle. The foam becomes more compliant as it warms with body heat, creating a custom-moulded fit. Many models feature Acavallo's 3D Spacer insert — a central spine channel that adapts to the horse's back and improves ventilation and torsion flexibility.
