CareSoft gel pads can be hand-washed in a bucket with a little detergent or machine washed in a wash bag at 30°C. Do not use harsh detergents. Do not tumble dry. Do not expose to direct heat.

The withers free shape memory foam pad in suede and Hexagonal gel with front riser offers maximum comfort and performance to your horse.
It combines the non-slip, shock-absorbing and breathable properties of the Acavallo Hexagonal gel models with a memory foam cushion lined with suede. This pad is designed to adapt perfectly to the horse's back, thanks to its Hexagonal gel structure which creates an air cushion under the saddle.
The memory foam cushion distributes pressure evenly over a large area, absorbing shock, dampening vibrations and regulating the horse's body temperature. Its anatomical shape and the technical features of the memory foam allow the pad to adapt and shape itself deeply to the horse's silhouette.
The withers free shape memory foam pad is hypoallergenic, non-toxic and can be used directly in contact with the horse's skin. It is designed to fit any style and size of English saddles, providing superior comfort and enhanced air circulation.

Memory Foam Technology

High-density memory foam that moulds to the shape of your horse's back and the underside of your saddle. The foam becomes more compliant as it warms with body heat, creating a custom-moulded fit. Many models feature Acavallo's 3D Spacer insert — a central spine channel that adapts to the horse's back and improves ventilation and torsion flexibility.

What It Solves

Uneven pressure distribution, back soreness, and saddle-fit issues. The foam distributes the rider's weight evenly across the back, reducing pressure points. The 3D Spacer insert eliminates spinal pressure entirely. Available with multiple grip surfaces — honeycomb, louvre, silicone, double-sided, and gel grip.
