There is a full sizing chart available on this product page, right above the description. This contains charts, to help you choose. If in doubt, or between sizes, you can either size up for a looser fit, or size down for a smoothing close fitting style.
While they are true to size, all Equestrian Stockholm tops are a 'slim fit' and will fit like a base layer would.

Washing: Cold gentle machine wash at 40°. Do not use fabric softener or bleach. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry clean. Please hang dry. Iron on low heat. Washing bag is recommended.
