Glucosamine is a glycoprotein found in joints and is an essential and natural component of ligaments, tendons, cartilage and synovial fluid, the liquid shock absorber that lubricates and cushions loads on joints during exercise.
MSM is a source of organic sulphur, a key component of connective tissue that is important for supporting cartilage and joints. It works in synchrony with glucosamine to contribute to overall connective tissue health and maintain overall joint health, including mobility, flexibility and range of motion for maximum agility. MSM also possesses antioxidant properties.
Omega 3 and 6 oils are found in vegetable and marine oils. These essential fatty acids, which cannot be produced by the body and must therefore be introduced through the diet, play a useful role in reducing inflammation and supporting the immune system.
